Marais is part of a team providing design services for the renovation and expansion of an existing pre-engineered storage building located in Parking Lot 4 adjacent to the Smoothie King Center. The existing pre-engineered storage building is a 40’ x 150’ building with a 20’ x 24’attached annex. The total existing approximate square footage is 6,480 SF. The project includes increasing the size of the existing warehouse by adding a new pile supported slab, pre-engineered building and then renovating portions of existing warehouse space. Scope of work includes:
• Study of existing conditions
• Refinement of ASM Preliminary Program for renovation and addition to the existing building
• Provide Design Documents for Public Bidding
• Construction Administration
