Marais is performing structural and civil design for the development of a bar and covered pavilion, each around 1900 square feet in surface area, for an outdoor concert and event venue on Broad Street in New Orleans. Both structures will be pile supported with a concrete slab. The scope for this project includes providing structural analysis, foundation design, design drawings, and construction administration.
