PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project consists of the historic renovation of an existing building into market-rate apartments and retail spaces. The site at 740 Royal Street dates back to the early 1800s and functions today as a mixed-use site. Marais Consultants is performing structural assessments, design, and construction administration services.
