AUDUBON PARK - GOLF CLUBHOUSE AND ACCESSORY BUILDING

The golf clubhouse and the nearby cart storage building at Audubon Park are undergoing renovations and additions to update the facilities and improve their functionality for the community. There is a café operating in the clubhouse with adjacent storage and workspaces connected by a path from the clubhouse kitchen. Marais’s scope for this project includes foundation and framing plans for a one story 675 SF addition to the existing Cart Storage Building, reconfiguring the existing sidewalk in front of the Cart Storage Building based on the proposed addition, and foundation and framing plans for a new open steel roof structure to cover the path from the Kitchen to the outside Storage Area, Ice Machine and Walk-in Coolers.
